Name, email address, phone number, stay preferences. Data is collected only when registering for the waitlist or booking a stay.
Purpose and Legal Basis
Your data is processed to handle your request and contact you (legal basis: performance of a contract / legitimate interest). It is not sold or shared with third parties, except our technical sub-processors: Supabase (data hosting, EU) and Stripe (secure payments).
Retention Period
Your data is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship, then 3 years for prospecting purposes, unless you request deletion.
Your Rights
