Data Collected
Booking: first name, last name, email, phone, country, number of participants, number of dogs. Before bookings opened (1 June 2026), we offered a winter waitlist and a soft-season interest list (spring, summer, autumn): first name, email, phone, selected weeks or seasons. This sign-up is no longer offered; data from existing registrants is retained without active use (no further mailings) and can be deleted on request at any time. Data is collected only when you book a stay or contact us directly.
Purpose and Legal Basis
Your data is processed to handle your request, contact you, and manage the commercial relationship (legal basis: performance of a contract / legitimate interest). It is not sold or shared with third parties, except our technical sub-processors: — Render (web hosting, EU Frankfurt/Germany region) — Supabase (data hosting, EU region) None of these involve any data transfer outside the European Union. No advertising tracking: we do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any commercial tracking tool.
Retention Period
Your data is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship, then 3 years for prospecting purposes, unless you request deletion.
Your Rights
