What you'll experience with us
We are Kristell and Gilles (and our soon-to-be 8 dogs), a French couple who moved to Swedish Lapland in October 2025.
Today, we have decided to share our love for this corner of Sweden by welcoming you to our home, with all our warmth and sincerity, for your next vacation with your dog... but we can also introduce you to one of ours to form a team for your week with us.
Here, we are committed to offering a tailor-made stay, to give you an experience in nature, in all seasons, with the dogs.
We fell in love with Lapland, now it's your turn!
The spirit
There is no set program here, no typical day.
Your stay unfolds at the pace of our guests and their dogs. From the first evening, we will build the week's program together, according to each person's wishes — it is a bespoke stay.
Arrival
Two options.
If you arrive by plane, we will pick you up in Luleå. On the way back, we will stop at the "fridge refill" — an experience in itself: the language, Swedish products, shelves you don't know. We will take the opportunity to fill the water containers that supply the stuga for the week.
If you arrive independently, you will have done your shopping along the way.
On the first evening, dinner will be prepared by us and served at our table.
The first day — finding your bearings
We'll walk around the camp together and explain everything about cabin life: the sauna, the wood stove, the dry toilets, wastewater management, water handling and wood supply. You'll also meet our small pack.
We'll go through the equipment. The essentials to bring are good shoes suited to the activity and season, and clothing appropriate for the climate. For everything else, we're happy to lend snowshoes, skis, crampons and poles; and if you've forgotten gloves, a hat or socks, we have spares. If something is missing that can be borrowed, we'll sort it out.
The outings — at your own pace
We often begin with short outings of about an hour around the camp, then we can extend the distances if you wish. We might set out with a Swedish-style picnic — sausages grilled over a wood fire. And if northern lights are forecast for the evening, nothing stops us from improvising a walk on the frozen lake with the dogs.
You are free: we can accompany you on the outings, or let you go out on your own with your dog. One exception only — if you are partnered with one of our dogs, we will systematically accompany you.
In the stuga
The cabin is equipped with basics: environmentally friendly cleaning products, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, tea and herbal infusions, sponges, and necessary linens — dish towels, bath towels, sauna linens and sheets.
Dog owners bring their dog's kibble; if forgotten, we can help out.
Going further — multi-day treks

For those who want to extend the adventure beyond camp, we organize multi-day treks each season — several days of self-sufficiency on Lapland trails, on skis or snowshoes in winter or on foot the rest of the year, moving from refuge to refuge, with the dogs.
The first: crossing the Kungsleden in winter, a week on skis, from refuge to refuge. For those who wish, it can be preceded by a week at camp, time to find your bearings with the dogs and the cold. Places are limited.
Three options
At your own pace, à la carte — your dog or one of ours

On the Kungsleden, from refuge to refuge.
First a week at camp to find your bearings with the dogs, then hiking the Kungsleden. If you're coming from "far away", it's a good way to offset travel time.
