Winter. A time of stillness in our landscape here. Calm and fullness. Our base camp, by the lake, is the starting point for endless outings. The frozen lake offers real possibilities, and the small mountains around us are accessible terrain for skiing or snowshoeing.
We've welcomed spring. But we're waiting for the cold and white to return!
