Winter. A time of stillness in our landscape here. Calm and fullness. Our base camp, on the lakeshore, is the starting point for endless walks. The frozen lake offers real possibilities, and the hills around us are terrain you can explore on skis or snowshoes.
We're glad spring has arrived. But we're waiting for the return of cold and white.
